BACK TO SCHOOL PRAYER POINTS

O Lord, thank You for the gift and blessing of children. It is because You have given me this blessing that I can even think of what school to send my children, where to buy their school items, how much to spend on school fees. Father, if I have in anyway taken this blessing of children You have so graciously given me for granted, please look upon with mercy today and forgive me.

Lord, at this time, I ask that You remember all my family members, friends, colleagues and brethren that are yet to receive this gift and blessing of children. I destroy every demonic planting and stronghold of barrenness in their lives. Almighty Father, the God of possibilities, do for them what doctors and men have said is impossible and wipe away their tears this season. I declare into their lives that very soon they too will be praying back to school prayers for their own children.

Lord, fill my children with courage and divine strength. Surround them with Your presence and be with them wherever they go. Be their confidence and let no student, teacher, test, exam, or situation be able to terrify and intimidate them.

Lord, help me to live an exemplary life. Let me not be a parent that just gives good advice but a parent that is an example to follow. God of light in whom there is no darkness or deceit, fill my life with more and more of Your light. Let the light of God in me so shine that my children may see my good deeds and praise and desire You Lord.

O Lord, help me to discipline my children and let my children never reject discipline. Give them a humble, teachable and sensible heart that willingly accepts divine, parental and educational correction.

Jehovah Jireh, according to Your great and precious promises to me, please richly supply all I need for my children’s education. May I not have to borrow and beg to train my children. May the education of my children not come to a standstill or be impeded because of lack of funds. As a covenant child of God, I declare the blessing of God on the works of my hands, I enjoy supernatural provision, I receive divine money making ideas and inspiration and prosper in all I do. Thank You Lord that by Your mercy and grace, every financial wilderness situation in my life has been turned into springs of financial blessings and opportunities.

Holy Spirit, the Teacher of all teachers, teach my children all things and always bring to their remembrance what You have taught them. Let Your heavenly wisdom fill them with witty inventions and make them even wiser than their teachers. I declare that my children are daily taught of the Lord and great is their peace.

Spirit Divine, Spirit of the Living Lord, rest mightily on my children and make them outstanding. Make them an example in excellence, speech, conduct, dressing, love, faith and purity. I declare that the spirit of excellence rests on my children and they will always be the head never the tail, they will always be on top never below.

Father, put a diligent spirit in my children. I come against laziness, lack of vision, purpose and direction in the lives of my children. Give them a hunger and thirst for learning. I have not brought forth children doomed to misfortune or calamity and so I declare that my children shall not be vagabonds, their lives and destines shall not be wasted in Jesus mighty name. AMEN! My children shall fulfil their divine purpose in Jesus mighty name. AMEN!

Father, this academic session, cover my children with Your hand of protection and shield them from sicknesses and diseases that usually come upon children. Keep them healthy and strong. Shield them from kidnappers, accidents, armed robbers, wicked and violent men and all agents of darkness. I declare that my children shall live and abide in the presence of the Lord and the Lord God shall keep, protect and establish them. All who see and hear of my children shall acknowledge that they are blessed of the Lord.

Lord Jesus, help my children to make You their best friend and close companion. Separate them from ungodly and unfriendly friends; deceitful friends with wicked intentions to harm and derail them. Free them from peer pressure and strengthen them in their inner being not to follow the multitude to do evil simply because they want to belong.

Prince of Peace, saturate my heart with Your peace and remove all fears, anxiety and worries I have about my children and their education. I bind every spirit of fear and reject all forms of tormenting thoughts. I refuse to fret and I choose to trust You my Lord and my God to daily carry all my cares and burdens concerning my children and free me from yokes You never intended me to carry. I receive peace like a river in my heart and declare in faith that it is well with my children. The Eternal God is the refuge of my children and His everlasting arms are under my children. The Lord God shall perfect all that concerns my children. The Lord shall carry my children on eagle’s wings to great and unimaginable heights spiritually and educationally, in Jesus mighty name I declare and pray. AMEN!
