Victory Over Sin
O Lord, I come before You in sincere repentance. Forgive me for every sin I have committed that has grieved Your Spirit. Have mercy on me, blot out my sins and transgressions. Purge me with the cleansing power of the blood of Jesus, wash and sanctify me through the washing of the water of Your Word. Lord, please do not turn Your face away from me, do not cut me off from Your mercy, do not take Your Holy Spirit from me, in Jesus name I pray.
Lord, I surrender myself afresh to You. I declare over my life that Jesus lives in me and there is now no condemnation for me. Through the precious blood of Jesus Christ, I am set free from guilt, shame, condemnation, and generational evil habits and patterns.
Father, remove from me the habit of covering up, justifying or excusing sinful acts. Put in me a broken spirit not a rebellious spirit, a heart of flesh not a heart of stone. Create in me a clean heart O God; give me a heart that is willing and obedient. Father, let me have godly sorrow that leads to genuine repentance not worldly sorrow that can’t bring any lasting change or make me forsake and turn away from sin.
Father, help me not to be distracted and derailed by the temporary pleasures of sin. I refuse to allow sin to waste my life and destiny. O Lord, make me a vessel of honour, sanctified, living for Your glory and useful to You.
Lord Jesus, You are the One that shuts a door no man or force of darkness can open. Please shut all doors and openings I have consciously or unconsciously created for the enemy to come into my life and family.
O Lord, My Father, when temptation comes knocking at my door, let my eyes be open to see and my feet quick to follow the way of escape you have provided for me.
O Lord, give me grace to daily spend time in Your Word to be filled with the knowledge of the truth that can set me free from sin and temptation and from every lie of the devil.
In the name of Jesus, I demolish the stronghold of every ungodly habit in my life. In the name of Jesus, I loose myself from the grip and control of every besetting sin. The reason why Jesus appeared to destroy every work of the devil. Lord Jesus, please manifest Yourself in my life and destroy every work and planting of the devil n my life and family.
In the name of Jesus, I separate myself from every activity, friendship and relationship that makes me fall for sin. I shall not walk in the counsel of the ungodly, nor sit with sinners who have no desire to please God. I walk with the wise and godly, not with those who do not have the fear of God in them and can cause me to suffer harm and destruction.
I declare that I am a new creation in Christ Jesus, old sinful habits and desires have passed away, they have been replaced with a hunger and thirst for righteousness. My love for righteousness keeps increasing, my hatred for sin keeps increasing. Therefore, God, My Lord, anoints me with oil of gladness far above my companions.
The Lord is with me and the shout of the King of kings is with me. Shouts of joy and victory over sin and temptation, shouts of joy and victory of satanic attacks, evil arrows and traps fills my life, home and family, in Jesus mighty name. Amen.
