Books, Audio and Video Products, e-books, Gifts, and Christian Materials: All sales of these items are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds after purchase.
Inspirational T-shirts and Hoodies: Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for clothing items.
Live Lectures and Seminars: Once payment is made for live lectures or seminars, no refunds will be provided. If an event is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund or rescheduled session.
Memberships (for Discounts): Membership purchases for discounts are non-refundable and non-transferable.
